DocuWare 7 will allow you to import File Cabinet settings another DocuWare 7 system. There is no export or import of Users, however DocuWare 7 will provide an Active Directory User synchronization to the cloud system.

Usage of our software requires the user to ensure that they remain compliant with security laws prevalent in their various locations. No. You would need to copy the document to  a tray, unclip it there and restore it as a new document.

While DocuWare 6.12 allows you to export a configuration, the import function is not operational. With the update in the Cloud to DocuWare 7 for new Cloud customers the ability to import Import, Printer, and Scan configurations will be possible. However, the in-house system will also need to be upgraded to DocuWare 7 as well. Keep an eye on announcements for DocuWare 7 (Cloud and On-Premise) so you can co-ordinate your timing on the move.

Please ensure the .NET 4.5.2 is installed. If it is uninstall it then re-install manually and reboot the machine.

The record is locked by you, so just log out of Administration and wait a few minutes and the system will unlock it. There is no manual unlocking mechanism in administration.
