Scenario:
When attempting to log into the Support Portal, the following error message is shown;

"Registration is disabled, Invalid sign-in attempt."

Solution:
This error can occur when the user account has not been properly associated with the user's company account. To resolve this, please contact your DocuWare System Administrator and provide them with the following article, KBA-36956, which details how to invite users to a company account.
