Behavior:
When performing an action in the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is displayed;
 
"Cannot find matching source guide for Id: 802 in relation with type: ExportConfiguration"
 
 
The error persists when reattempting the action and I'm unable to proceed or complete the action.

Solution:
This error message is an indication of database corruption. For On-Premise DocuWare systems, please run the Integrity check tool located at C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Setup Components\DWIntegrityCheckTool.exe on your DocuWare Server and allow it to repair any problems it finds. For more details on how to use this tool, please see KBA-36508.
