Behavior:
When attempting to scan the QR code found on the DocuWare Web Client, the following error is shown in DocuWare Mobile;
"Error loading discovery document Issuer name is missing"
Solution:
If you are using an Azure proxy or sync, Azure Information Protection (AIP) is preventing the login attempt, resulting in the error message described. AIP forces users to authenticate to Microsoft before logging into DocuWare. By product design, DocuWare Mobile requires DocuWare login first. When logging into the Web Client, there is no conflict between AIP and DocuWare.
To resolve this behavior, disable the AIP and reattempt to scan the QR code.
