Answer:
For analyzing Make.com scenarios, it is highly recommended to add the following to your browser: Integromat DevTool  More information can be found here: Integromat DevTool Help For general information on Make.com, please look at Make Academy & Make Partners. As mentioned above, Professional Services can provide additional assistance.

Furthermore, DocuWare and Make.com Partners provide services regarding Make.com know-how and scenario configuration.

To help us help you, we require some information. Please check the below list for information to add to the created support request.
  1. Add a screenshot of the affected DocuWare module with the error message to test-data
  2. Export the scenario and upload the blueprint.json file to the support request
    1. DocuWare Support can only test DocuWare Modules (we may have to reduce your scenario to only the DocuWare modules and Make Tools e.g. Router etc.)
  3. Open the installed Browser-Add-On in your unsuccessful Make scenario (Open your browser developer tools)
  4. Activate the option "Console Logging"  in the Integromat DevTool
  5. Run your scenario manually with the "Run once" button
    1. Should your scenario be scheduled, deactivate it for now
    2. Only with a manual run scenario, the DevTool will be able to log all information!
  6. In the "Integromat" > "Live Stream" section, navigate to the step before your error
  7. Now use the "Copy Raw" function in the right corner of the developer tool
  8. Paste the content to a notepad and save it as a JSON file -> upload it to the support request
  9. Please also upload the "input" bundle(s) of the failing DocuWare Module

Find below some screenshots to clarify how you can achieve the above tasks.

You can export the console with the activated "Console Logging" by navigating to the "Console" tab and right-clicking on one of the available lines.
Now, you can select the "Save as..." function to create a log file.

For step 9, navigate to the DocuWare module that failed and select the Download input bundles option. Please upload the generated file.
