create my own preconfigured solution (DWBUC file)

I recall at DocuWorld last year they said that we could create our own preconfigured solutions by exporting a system to a dwbuc file.  I'm just starting a new cloud project and it occurred to me that this would be a good preconfigured solution (for various reasons) but when I tried to export my solution it says "Export is only supported for DocuWare systems that have been specifically set up as source system for a preconfigured solution. Do not export production installations as this will fail."

Am I remembering wrong and we can't create our own?
