Document Type.  I guess if I change this to Last Name then this is what the downloaded file name would be.  Is this where you are going with this?

Is there a way to Automatically name a document while downloading it from one of the fields, like the Last_Name field?  My customer does a search then downloads the file and manually renames the file.  They download quite a few files, every day and it takes lots of man hours to rename each file.

This is what I have done and it does not work.  See screen shot.  When I exclude the Store Date, I do get a results list with all docs, as I would expect but when I add the Store Date "Is Where" CURRENTDATE() I get nothing.  Any advice? 

Does anyone know how to create a dialog list of documents stored today. It's a simple list that I am looking for that just gets a document type called "Meal Waiver" for that day.  The client now has a form that I built for employees to fill out.  They just want to have a quick list for the forms that are filled out that day without having to build the search each time they want it.

I have a customer that uses forms on both the PC and Tablets.  We have an initials/signature field on a checklist form.  When initialing on a PC the letters can be seen on the output form.  When initializing on a tablet, the letters are so small and faint that you can barely see them.  I tired playing with the size but this messes up the PC entered forms and then visa versa.   Has anyone run into this and come up with a solution.

I have a client who's ScanSnap ix500 is not noticed on any of his DocuWare pc's.  Desktop app just says the there is no supported scanner connected.  The scanners work fine on the Pcs' using their standard software.

Does anyone know how to delete all files in an in-box.  I have a client who does not have limits on the in-box and accidently dragged 7500 files.

HI Folks,
I have msg files for an attorneys office that have attachments.  when we drag the files to the appropriate folder and import, it only imports the msg and not the attachment.  Is there a setting or is this even possible.  They are a bit upset that the attachments are not there and this is an issue as the attachments are necessary for case builds.

I don't see protocols but I do see Audit Reports.  It this what you mean?
