Upgrading from fortis to DocuWare-1514999028

At what version of fortis do you have to be at to use and move to the docuware platform?

You will need to be on the latest version of Fortis ( 6.12 ) in order to access the migration tools necessary for quick transfer of documents from Fortis to DocuWare.

Note that the upgrade path for FB stops at 6.8 in that FAQ. There are versions above 6.8 right?

So would the path be

A. Perform an in-place upgrade of FortisBlue v2.3 to 2.4, 2.4 to 6.8, 6.8 to 6.9, 6.9 to 6.10, and 6.10 to  6.11/6.12. 

or 

B. Perform an in-place upgrade of FortisBlue v2.3 to 2.4, 2.4 to  6.11 (or 6.12). 

Can't you skip from 2.4 directly to the latest version of FB available?

That's true David, there are versions up to 6.12 for FortisBlue. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, we'll get have that FAQ article updated.

FortisBlue upgrades are not cumulative.
With that said, the path would be closer to how you described it in A.
You'll need to step through each upgrade step by step.
