Presentation download fails

The DW7.2 Presentation VM downloads very slowly and then fails. This has happened more than a dozen times since Mon morning. 

Is this behavior happening for others?

Yes, i had the same problem yesterday.

Me as well. Four tries, four failures.

My third try worked - after always having this problem since I started working with DW, I found that it Chrome seems to handle this download better than other browsers.
 

I download both the VM and VBOX files Monday without issues. Try using the Free Download Manager if the failures continue.

It finally downloaded but the zip was corrupt. Argh.

Where is this download located?

please have a look into your partner info mail.

If you can not find this, go to the partner portal and search in the doc pool for the partner info.
