Behavior:
Some documents are not found by DocuWare fulltext search. After resetting fulltext (KBA-36413), the documents still cannot be found with the fulltext search.

Solution:
You can configure the fulltext to allow certain documents to be included in the fulltext search pool. Please refer to the following guide on how to configure the Fulltext search to include or exclude certain file types;

1. Navigate to the File Cabinets plugin and open the file cabinet with Fullext enabled. Click More options, then select the Configure fulltext search option.
2. At the bottom of the page, by default, will be a list of predefined list of file types that are Whitelisted in the fulltext search. Fill the bubble beside Blacklist to switch from the Whitelist. Use the "+" or "-" to add or remove these file types.

Why would I create a custom list or exclude documents from the fulltext?
An example use-case would be if you want to include the file-type ".eml" (missing) or would like to create a custom list that only contains ".doc", ".docx", ".pdf" and ".msg".
The benefit of having a reduced list of only documents, which are required in the fulltext search, is the amount of data stored on the database.
Additionally, you would be able to limit the fulltext result to only documents which you want to find.
Which should I use, White or Blacklist?
- Use Whitelist if you know which types of files you aim to include in the fulltext
- Use Blacklist if you know which file types you wish to exclude

After adding your respective file to a new or an existing list, please reset the fulltext for those files.
