Behavior:
After changing the URL's organization name, we're experiencing issues with establishing a connection to Connect to Outlook or Windows Explorer Client.
Solution:
This issue occurs when Connect to Outlook and Windows Explorer Client are referencing the old URL. please refer to the following guide to address this behavior;

Solution:
This issue occurs when Connect to Outlook and Windows Explorer Client are referencing the old URL. please refer to the following guide to address this behavior;
- Navigate to the Desktop Apps, open the Connections tab, and remove the present connection(s).
- Once the connection(s) is removed, close Desktop Apps.
- Delete the credentials from Credential Manager for DocuWare Connect to Outlook and Windows Explorer Client. For more information on accessing Credential Manager, see the following:

- Restart DocuWare Desktop Service, apply any Desktop App updates that may be present (KBA-37023), then open Desktop Apps and recreate the connection(s).
Note: Disable any antivirus or firewall blocking the connection or apply the exceptions. Refer to KBA-35712 for more information on antivirus with DocuWare.
