Behavior:
After changing the URL's organization name, we're experiencing issues with establishing a connection to Connect to Outlook or Windows Explorer Client.

Solution: 
This issue occurs when Connect to Outlook and Windows Explorer Client are referencing the old URL. please refer to the following guide to address this behavior;
  1. Navigate to the Desktop Apps, open the Connections tab, and remove the present connection(s).

     
  2. Once the connection(s) is removed, close Desktop Apps.
     
  3. Delete the credentials from Credential Manager for DocuWare Connect to Outlook and Windows Explorer Client. For more information on accessing Credential Manager, see the following:

  4. Restart DocuWare Desktop Service​​​, apply any Desktop App updates that may be present (KBA-37023), then open Desktop Apps and recreate the connection(s).




    Note: Disable any antivirus or firewall blocking the connection or apply the exceptions. Refer to KBA-35712 for more information on antivirus with DocuWare.
