Behavior:
When attempting to upgrade the DocuWare version, you are unable to retrieve the email for the user, and the following error message is displayed;

"Could not get administrator email address. Check log files for more details"

Solution:
This behavior may indicate database performance issues. Ensure that the DWSystem database has been properly maintained.
Please contact your database administrator to ensure that the SQL Transaction Logs are not overgrown.
