Hi Simon,

stamping by name is not possible as the stamp name is not unique in a DocuWare organisation. It is possible to get the GUID of a stamp when using the development tools of a browser (search for "stamp" in "Network" after opening a document) or use this request which returns all stamps in JSON:

wenn der Mitarbeiter direkt auf "Ablage" klicken kann, dann hat er offensichtlich das Recht, das Feld leer zu lassen, obwohl es ein Pflichtfeld ist. Sie können dies in der Archivverwaltung bei den Rechten des Archivs überprüfen und berichtigen.

you can use the server side validation which was available until version 6.12.
You need some special files and the documentation for this. Check the document pool for "Validation*" in the name field.

ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, was bei Ihnen "Ablage aus Listen" ist, aber vielleicht hilft Ihnen folgendes:
Pflichtfelder sind entweder auf Archivebene definiert (bis Version 7.0) oder auf Dialogebene (ab Version 7.1).

Wenn Sie eine Version bis einschließlich 7.0 einsetzen, dann ist ein Pflichtfeld auf Archivebene eingerichtet und es gibt zusätzlich ein Recht, dass es bestimmten Benutzern (oft nur der Besitzer des Archivs) erlaubt, trotzdem  Dokumente mit leeren Indexbegriffen abzulegen.

Wenn Sie eine Version ab 7.1 einsetzen, dann sind Pflichtfelder bei den Dialogen definiert, beim Update wird die Einstellung auf die Dialoge umgestellt. Neu angelegte Dialoge haben dann eventuell diese Option noch nicht.

Hi Jon,

do not count to be processed top to bottom. Various performance optimizations might lead to the assignments being processed parallel or even out of order. If you want to make sure, they work one after the other then create several "Assign data" steps.

by pre-sorted you probably mean the sorting setting in the Designer. You are correct that this is only available for (result) lists and not for workflow tasks. You can submit a feature request through the Customer Feedback Forum.

there is currently nothing planned for extending the task list of received requests. As mentioned above, a workflow created by yourself fulfilling your need would be the way to go.
